1. Nature of Digital Services

We provide digital subscriptions and instant-access services. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are limited.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

• After successful delivery of access details
• Password changes or account modifications by customer
• Violation of usage rules or platform policies
• Change of mind after purchase
• Third-party tool policy changes or bans caused by misuse

3. Refund or Replacement Eligibility

• Non-delivery after confirmed payment
• Access not working initially and issue cannot be resolved

4. Resolution Priority

We first attempt to provide replacement access or resolve the issue. Refunds are considered only if resolution is not possible.

5. Reporting Window

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Late claims may not qualify for refund.
